Strong corner lifting loops allow for secure handling with forklifts, cranes, or other lifting equipment, ensuring stable movement of loads from storage to transport.
Available in a variety of standard designs, each bag is tailored to suit specific loading, unloading, and material-handling requirements. Standard design options include:
- Closed bottom open top
- Closed bottom duffel top
- Spout bottom duffel top
- Spout bottom spout top
Bags not currently included in the standard range can be supplied as special-order items, subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs). This allows for the production of specific configurations, materials, and sizes to match customer requirements, including food-grade liners for agricultural products or higher-density fabrics for abrasive or heavy materials such as glass and minerals.
Sizes and heights are selected based on the cubic mass (bulk density) of the material being stored or transported. Selecting the correct bag dimensions ensures optimal loading and safe handling.
For example:
One cubic ton of dry sand requires a bag of approximately 950 mm x 950 mm x 1.0 m high.
One cubic ton of dry corn requires a bag of approximately 950 mm x 950 mm x 1.50 m high.

- Use forklift tines, crane hooks, or approved lifting frames that prevent loop damage.
- Do not drag the bag on rough surfaces.
Transport
- Secure the bag during transport to prevent tipping or shifting.
- Avoid sudden movements or impacts that may damage the bag or contents.
Storage
- Store bags in a dry, covered area away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Keep away from sharp edges, chemicals, and open flames.
