Application area
  • Centring, drilling, core drilling and deburring of sheet metal, pipes and profiles in a single step, when using both hand drills and stationary equipment.

  • The latest generation, multi-performance, stepped drill bits are ideal for processing sheet metal, plates, profiles and pipes made of conventional non-alloyed steel up to 1300 N/mm2 in strength, aluminium, cast iron, brass, bronze, wood and plastics with a thickness of up to 4.0 mm. Alloyed steels with strengths of up to 1300 N/mm2 can be processed up to a thickness of 2.0 mm.
Instructions
  • Cooling not absolutely necessary, but significantly increases service life

  • Make sure that the feed is even

  • Observe the speed table

  • Do not push during core drilling — the stepped drill bit will automatically retract into the sheet metal
